"Services" are understood to mean: the sale, rental, and all related services concerning innovative cooling solutions, including cool boxes and thermal containers for transport and storage.

The Provider delivers high-quality products and strives for maximum reliability. Nevertheless, the Provider is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, or lost profit resulting from the use of the supplied cooling solutions.

• The customer is responsible for the suitability of the chosen product for the intended purpose (e.g., medical cooling of vaccines, transport of baby food).
• Damage resulting from improper use, modifications to the product, or failure to follow storage instructions falls outside our liability.
• The liability of the Provider is in all cases limited to the value of the agreement.

3. Use of the Website

The content of this website (texts, images, specifications) is the property of the Provider and may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

4. Orders and Payments

An agreement is formed at the moment of our written (by email) order confirmation. All prices are in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.

For rentals, specific conditions apply regarding the rental period, deposit, and any damage. These are agreed upon separately and form part of the rental agreement.

5. Applicable Law and Disputes

These terms and all agreements with MyCoolBox are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Disputes will initially be submitted to the competent court in the district where the Provider is located.
